I recommend you to report the problem with the Screen Recorder via the Members application. The more error reports sent from different users, and the more log files collected, the bigger chance the issue will be quickly fixed!
As for the suggestion, I'll forward it to our team of developers! They will review if it's possible to add the option to record screen in 4k or 1440p even if not on this then maybe on future mobile devices! 😉
