Protect battery option - bixby routines

Since with last updates I got option for battery (protect battery - charge to 85%), it would be nice to add this switch (ON/OFF) in Bixby routines. For instance I would like to program device that in some situations allow charging to 100%, and in some to 85%.

It is now in Bixby routines in Battery category. 🙂
