Option for position of scaled-down screen

Create option for user to move scaled-down screen to either side of the screen or center.  Example: I use my phone in my left hand.  There is no difference reaching for the scaled-down screen when it is positioned on the right-side of the phone than when I use the full screen.  I could use the scaled-down screen if it was on the left-side of the screen because I could reach it.  I am unable to utilize the scaled-down screen in its current format.
