Create zoom-in and zoom-out animation effect for volume control

Please create the same animation effects found when opening and closing apps in home launcher for volume control. Ideally, it should appear parallel to the volume buttons(near top left corner of display). The volume slider should then move 90 degrees parallel in a vertical motion. You should be able to slide your finger from left to right in order to expand volume control options.
