change multitasking card to show the app first rather than on side

Make the current app the first card that shows on the multitasker rather than it being pushed to the right while the previous app shows first

why would you open the multitasking view, to just to go back into the same app?

I open task manager to close the app when I'm done with ut

It's easier to shut the current app if it's centered as well!
