absolute time relative time notification

HI

it would be great if we can choose between absolute time and relative time

I got Whatsapp notification on 6:15 P.M

Now the time is 6:20 P.M

1 - absolute time : will show "6:15 P.M"

2 - relative time : will show "5 Mins ago"

in the pic youtube notification in "absolute time",, AND google notification in "relative time"
