Also, I noticed a slight change in the camera; the resolution seems to have gone down, not the best pictures I can take

Assuming it's just your S21 device having problems I would suggest to clear the cache partition first (you can Google that but basically you'd have to go into the recovery for that) and if that doesn't help you might need a factory reset.

@SOL01,

Please, go in to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Toggle Wi-Fi On > Advanced > Manage Networks > Delete the Network. Then restart your phone and try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi. 

If that won't help, report the problem via the Samsung Members application attaching log files right after the problem occurs 😉.
