Widget improvements

Hi, everything is absolutely amazing about this update so much, and it's so nice to see you listening to our feedback.

When it comes to widgets, there is some discontinuity. There should be standardisation in backgrounds - some still don't adopt the frosted glass background e.g. calendar countdown widgets which make the user select an image for the background, and some still use the old transparency method. The routines widgets are broken - at some sizes they use the new frosted glass blur and at others they don't. Below are some images of this.

UPDATE: this also happens with the alarm widget - when the alarm is off, it is fine, but when the alarm is enabled, the blur vanishes and is replaced with the old transparency.

Additionally, the SmartThings routines widgets do not work properly - the transparency slider is not the same as for other widgets

Some other widget suggestions:

- Calendar countdown widget to have blur background, not forced to have an image
- Similar thing for Sleep, Weather and Alarm.
- Internet widgets to have blur
- Make the Smart Suggestions widget scale to 4x1
