White spaces can be reduced

There are unnecessary white spaces in various places including at the bottom of some places under settings of some features and now even in the recents call history in phone also. 

This needs to be fixed. Hope this is same issue for everyone in beta for S21 Ultra.

I don't think this is supposed to be white space with nothing, for that about page there should be links at the bottom and I'm guessing where you have white circles In that call page it should probably be some other apps like WhatsApp and so on. Might need a factory reset or at the very least wiping the cache partition.
