Volume automatically increases

During phone calls the volume turns up and I think that need to stop because if you turn it down you want it more private but at this moment you tunr it down and it goes up quickly for no reason so it need to be fixed

Please report this as a bug through the Samsung Members app. This will help the team investigate and work on a fix in a future update .

I thought that initially but that would surely mean volume on media etc would also turn up?

Not wrong with the buttons it when I turn it down then ring and it increases on it own
