Video call pop outs are not as scalable in One UI 5.0 compared to One Ui 4.1

I realised that when video calls pop out from apps such as meet/duo and messenger in One Ui 5.0 Beta its not as resizable as it normally was in one ui 4.1. 

In one ui 4.1 you could resize these pop out video calls in a much smaller size.
