I would imagine this is not possible unless samsung TV has connected standby which would mean your TV would consume a lot more power as Bluetooth, processor would have to be powered even when the TV is not fully on.
For me I cannot really see the point in this as TVs typically have lower quality speakers than a Soundbar etc.
Would also imagine we won't see this in 8 even if Samsung decide to implement at some point
