Scrolling in enlarged folders without opening

It would be much better use of the enlarged folders to actually scroll through them without actually opening the folder. Currently exiting apps that are past the first page has a very bad aesthetic. The base colour of the app turns to a circle and disappears in a very bad way and looks buggy and unclean.
