Restore more than 3 notifications

The permanent icon for playing media hides important notifications. The pulldown cam have the media playing like it used to.

This changed was functionally unnecessary.

I would like to suggest that there be a simple toggle for all live notifications to be able to remove it from the status bar but still keep it live in the quick panel.

Currently, if you choose to hide this it removes the notification from all areas
