GUI inconsistency. Icons on the notification list menu look NOTHING ALIKE the icons on the quick settings menu. They should at least follow the same theme and size, in order to provide a UI consistency. This currently looks like a big mess.
Also, the quick settings menu on Google's android 16 is all about CUSTOMIZATION. PLEASE let us hide the things we don't use, like nearby devices, smart view etc ...
