In One UI 4.0 the strong protection settings allowed users to turn on or off the requirement of typing pin on restart just to start all the background processes and start the phine fully. Since One UI 5.0 the settings was removed and users were forced to keep the settings on. Some users found it really inconvenient and unnecessary. Some users prefer the phone to start fully upon restart rather than some selective features being started. This settings should come back.
