One UI 7 Request / Suggestion - quick panel / notification panel

Hi samsung team.

Please allow to revert the style of drop down notification panel & quick action panel, as it is right now on one ui 6.1

I want to have 6 most important buttons (like wifi, sound, etc) right there at the top when i swipe down once.
And I want to swipe second time to see it extended with quick action panel.
And, from extended view i want to swipe up once, to close it all.

Also I don't want to see the volume slider in extended view, because i have a physical volume button built in on the side of my phone.

Please allow this customization in options/settings menu

Edit: At the top of the quick settings edit mode there is something called "panel settings" which is almost unnoticeable since it's all the way at the top. If you go in there, there is an option called "device control and media output buttons". You can turn that to "show when quick panel is collapsed" but it doesn't actually do anything. No behavior is changed.
