Which permission are you trying to give for Nova? I have Nova too so I can try on mine.

Administrator permission. Also for call recording ACR Cube.. all buttons inactive.

This isn't a bug, go to the app info page and at the top right you'll see 3 dots. Press and give permission. That's how it works now :smiling-face: once you give an app permission once you can toggle it on and off from settings like before.
