Can't give permission for some apps. Button is inactive.

Which permission are you trying to give for Nova? I have Nova too so I can try on mine.

Administrator permission. Also for call recording ACR Cube.. all buttons inactive.

This isn't a bug, go to the app info page and at the top right you'll see 3 dots. Press and give permission. That's how it works now once you give an app permission once you can toggle it on and off from settings like before. If you uninstall the app and reinstall you'll have to do this again.
