I think it's time the notification panel got a make over. I'm kinda liking this. Looks clean, what do you guys think? Do you prefer this or Samsung's. MAKE SURE TO LIKE THE POST PLEASE, IT HELPS MASSIVELY WITH THE CHANCES OF SAMSUNG CHANGING IT👍
It would be nice but I doubt it's going to happen. I wouldn't mind a volume slider though. I just really want them to update the Goodlock apps so I can set everything up like I had before the beta but that might only happen after the final version so who knows?
I think Samsung needs to take this into consideration as we also got 54 likes on this post which is highest among beta community. Many people are willing for Re-design of Notification Panel. It's upto Samsung what they gonna do next. Ignored consumers request or Accept it
I hope so but honestly I'm not holding my breath. Even to read this reply I had to use my browser because for some reason the members app was not working and the site made a different account from my usual one because I wouldn't get me log in with my device and I had to use my email. Even though it's the same email that's on my regular account it made a new one. It doesn't seem like they care to much about this community in general. I came across it on reddit and if they really wanted our honest feedback they would join us there or make a new sub entirely. I feel they're just using as free beta and QA testers but not really listening to our requests. There are a few bugs I've been reporting since OneUI 4 and are still there in 5 and no one ever got back to me. If they have us root and released the code the community would have taken care of all these issues by themselves a long time ago but I don't think that will ever happen. There's not even a way to do a full system backup that you can do a full system restore from. Maybe all the hype about the Apple's dynamic island will make them take UI redesign a little more seriously but only time will tell.

After reading your comments, it seems to me that Samsung is been really stubborn whej it comes to UI changes..also, in this I also feel the same as there are no proper dev feedback in our bugs report. I doubt if they have even look at it. Their beta is just there for sake of it just to show to world we are releasing beta updates.

56 votes among the millions of users that Samsung has 🤣, I trust Samsung's wisdom and good taste not to copy the horribly Chinese design copied from iOS at the same time, see miui and colorOS, Samsung has its design line and I hope it stays true to it, whoever likes Chinese has many possibilities in the market, or do you like the bbk group's lack of personality? OxygenOs It's colorOS with a color theme on top 🤣, luckily I know those 56 votes will be ignored by Samsung, it won't make the bad decision to copy the Chinese.
First of all, we are not asking them to copy Chinese or Apple..or BKK control panels
By sharing different type of One UI conceps or other oems our basic moto is to tell Samsung do not copy from them , take inspiration from them and Re-design with approach of One UI design language, as other oems are making efforts and making some major UI changes in Control Panel..Samsung should also do that and we as a consumer bored of these same ui from the last 3 years..It really needs a overall redesign..
Luckily Samsung is not going to disappoint millions of users because a few bored users like the creepy design of the Chinese, if you like the Chinese user interface buy a Chinese phone, SAMSUNG continue in your design line please, neither copy Google or the Chinese. No offense intended, people are too bored to request such a horrible change.
They will disappoint millions when stable One UI 5 gets rolled out and you then complain nothings changed because you don't want it to change. Do you want the same UI for the next 5 years? I for one would like more changes to the UI and animations so that it feels like I'm updating my phone to a new android version and getting the best experience possible which isn't possible if they use the same design over and over again.
