Media Playing

I think it would be helpful if any active media that is playing could be accessed and controlled from the notification panel when swiping down (so active media is like an active notification - like a now bar in notifications). 

At the moment, we need to swipe a couple of times to the quick panel to see/control the active media that is playing which doesn't seem very intuitive.

I don't get how it's not a Live Notification. It's something thats currently running on the device, it appears in the NowBar. It makes perfect sense for it to appear in the notifs too
