Hi this is missing from one UI6 it's been on all my other Samsung phones

Hi can you add the confirm pin without tapping ok? It's missing from one UI after a reset, it's been on all my other Samsung phones, this is my Samsung Tab sS9 plus

If you change your pin now, yes - you will lose that option.
About the sim lock, unfortunately we never had this option, even before the beta.

To whom it may concern, I read the information and advised accordingly. I would have included a screenshot to show where it briefly shows the option for confirm without selecting OK. However, for security purposes you're not able to take screenshot there (you know who you are, special one, you maybe able to). As I said for me the option appears at the moment you begin to enter your chosen pin, not before nor after you confirm your new pin. Hope this is clear for you. Do note. My phone allows me to do this. Please stop telling other what options they have on their devices. I was only trying to share. Peace & ❤️.

As you can see my option is there. It didn't go anywhere. Took that photo with my S10+ just for you on the 24/10/2023 just after 10:00 am 🇬🇧 time

Just to reiterate, this option only appears when I'm choosing my new pin. Not when you're confirming to unlock the security settings. ONLY TO CREATE YOUR PIN.

In reference to the simlock, maybe this is a zonal option 🤔, I've always had it on my Galaxy devices. It's a great feature if you lose you phone, no other sim will work in it unless they find a workaround, or Samsung unlock it. They'll not unlock it if it's not registered to them.

This option now is available ONLY IF you set up your pin for more than 6 characters. Try to use 4 for example and you won't be able to see it.
Before the beta, this option was ALWAYS available.

I thought we are talking for sim pin unlock without pressing OK.
The thing you are talking about is completely different story and no, you can't have that unless your device is carrier locked.
