Control panel background option

I'd love for our standard background to be blurred behind the control and notification panels, instead of the dull grey. Like how it is done in the settings screen:

Turn off colour palette and it will show your wallpaper.

As @adamlee already suggested (thanks for that!), you can check the colour palette settings maybe some of the effects will make you satisfied ‌‌😉.

Hi @adamlee and @MartynaK. Sorry, I only just saw your comments.

I tried disabling the colour palette, changing basic colours to wallpaper colours etc. Nothing makes a difference, still the drab grey...
