Since One UI 6, many apps that has names started with Samsung or Galaxy has this prefix removed. However, due to phases of rollout across devices (Tablets, Watches, Windows Apps), this would create inconsistencies even between Samsung devices, which is not a good UX practice.
Personally, I wish users be given an option to revert this change. For my own experence, for the past few weeks I have been having difficulties finding my apps on my tablet and phone, such as:
Where is the Samsung Notes App on my phone, and
Where is my Music app on the tablet?
