Battery icon

Please can you change or adjust the battery icon. It's really small and hard to read. I'm partially sighted so it would make a huge difference to me.

A possible solution is to use a clock widget on your home screens which you can adjust the size as well as the lockscreen. I know it's not ideal but hopefully it might help?
