Background of quick settings panel is wrong colour

The background of my quick settings is red (the same colour as my wallpaper) even though I have the option of using a colour palette turned off in settings? The background of these UI elements should be grey, as shown in the second image.

I thought this was just me, yes I agree mine has a red tone which isn't coming from my themepark theme.

Actually if you change the colour palette to grey it's better
