Background blur, better colors and refreshed lock screen

there is a layer for dim, in light mode it is white but in dark mode it is grayish color and it not look good .

there is a new concepts for light and dark modes with improved blur , improved dim color , refresh loock screen and background of the notification that displayed on lock screen is have blur effect 

this concepts made by SOUIC

this white dim is looking good with light mode but in dark mode it is grayish color and it not look well, it can be black 

refreshed look for lock screen

  

here in recent app background dim layer is darker color for dark mode instead of gray

also in folder here is darker color

Although these visualisations look very attractive, it should be taken into account that design is a very individual matter. Therefore, passing your suggestion on depends on the number of users supporting such an idea. Generally, more votes, e.g. in the form of likes from other users, are needed for it to be considered.
