As of right now, the animation that plays when opening or exiting an app while using an icon shape that isn't the default one just results in the app icon fading in or out instead of having a proper animation for those specific app icon shapes.
My suggestion would be to make it so that the animations that play when opening or exiting apps while using a different icon shape actually match the icon shape instead of the icon just fading in and out.
