Add the 'Protect battery' option to Bixby routine s

I don't want to have super fast charging and charging to 100% all the time (I work from home a lot) as this will save the battery in the long run.

However sometimes I will need to go out at short notice, so I want to quickly charge the phone to full. 

Adding the option to turn off the 'Protect battery' to Bixby routines will allow me to have a button that turns on fast charging and charge to 100% without having to go into the menus

I also wanted to set up a routine so I can enable protect battery whilst phone was charging. I have to manually turn in on at night and off in morning.
