Add the integrated bud controls to all iterations of the media player

It's excellent that Samsung have added Bud controls to the media player for older models. 

I've noticed that it only present in Quick settings & lockscreen. I think it should also be added to the media player in the notification shade & nowbar live notification on the homescreen.
