Add depth effect feature on the lock screen

Certain other brands have a feature where the clock embeds into the wallpaper creating a cool effect, i belive its called depth effect...this would be nice to have.

They have come up with their own version it looks like, where the clock automatically shapes itself around the subject of the wallpaper.

Not quite the same, but I actually really like this implementation, it's similar, but unique, which I think is a step in the right direction for Samsung

How do you implement it? I dont seem to have an option to do this?
