Ability to disable app labels on home screen, but enabled in folders

A great feature would be to add an "App labels in folders" toggle next to the "App labels (on home screen)" toggle. I know what all of the apps are on my home screen so I turn the labels off to keep it clean, but in folders apps are used less so it would make sense to have labels here.
