1440p recording option

I just bought the s24, and I see we have 8k, 4k, and 1080p recording but no 2k. I like having higher quality than 1080p but the storage 4k takes up is insane when you don't offer a 521 GB option on the s24 at most carriers. I've been recording at 4k and using the editor to output 1440p but that's a bad solution. Is there any way to make a 1440p recording option? Seems a perfect blend with quality and file size.

The very way resolutions are calculated is why we don't have a 1440p recording resolution.

The lowest recording quality is 1080p. Double that is 4K, 2160p. And double that is 8K, 4320p. All divisible by each other. Meanwhile 1440p is double 720p.

Could Samsung add this in? Absolutely. Are they going to do the math to impliment it? Probably not.

I'd stick with 4k 30, or 1080p 60 with hevc encoding for storage savings
