Whilst it is cheaper for some to boil water on the hob, for those who do use a kettle this tip is great for you.
Boil equal parts lemon juice and water to descale your kettle.
Boil once then leave to cool repeat if needed. You can do the same with vinegar however I don't like the smell of a chip shop at home.
I use the cooled water to wipe taps
