Smartthings constantly detect matter device. Can't pair, dialog won't go away

Samsung s22 and ecoflow matter plug.

Each time I unlock my phone it pops up with the add device message (see screenshot) 

I tell it to add and it fails.

Try again and it fails.

Tell it not to add, and then the dialog box goes away, but when it comes to unlock the phone again, it displays the same dialog box.

Getting sick of telling it not to add.

I have disabled ask to "Ask to add new devices" in the ST app, but still no luck.

Gonna have to ditch this phone and get an iphone at this rate!

Same with the wifes phone. The dialog box keeps on popping up when she unlocks.

@Waga, Disable Nearby device scanning in settings.

Settings --> Connections --> More connection settings --> Nearby device scanning
