SHP-DP609 after entered pin, it delay 2sec then start to unlock the door, previously wasn't like this, can advise how to change the setting?

Hey,

That 2-second delay sounds like a setting change or maybe a firmware update. Check the SHP-DP609's settings in the app (SmartThings or whichever one you're using) there should be an option under "Unlock settings" or "Security delay." Try toggling that off or adjusting the delay time.

Thanks for your reply.

As per vendor advised, this device is connected to Zigbang Smart Doorlock app and I have checked the settings; it is not one of the options called unlock settings. Attached the app photo for your reference please.

Also, I checked on Smart Thing, there is no Smart Doorlock device in the support list, hence I have no idea how to connect it with Smart Thing.

Please advise.
