Energy Data randomly stopped

Hi all,

I have a washing machine and dryer which both were reporting their energy use absolutely fine in the iOS SmartThings app until last week. Now they don’t report any energy use (always says 0), and any historical data I had is also gone by the looks of it. 

I have tried removing and adding the devices again, as well as removing the app and installing again. None of this has worked.

If anyone can help or has any ideas that would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've had the same issue with my 2022 Series 8 washer since the 22nd November. I've even tried factory reseting the machine and have had no luck sadly.

Thanks, glad to hear it’s not just me. Must be an app or server problem.

Just checked again. It appears to be working now, and the consumption values between the 22nd till yesterday seem realistic, but I cannot see the hourly consumption for the 4 days.

I still have this issue in 2025. I have a compatible smart washer and dryer and both don't show the energy usage. Tried to remove, reset and add again the devices, delete smarthings, re-install it, and nothing.  Please fix this issue with an update.
