Hey there!
My dryer Samsung DV90T6240LH shows a 'Clean heat exchanger' message on its display every time I turn it on, and the same message is sent as a push to the SmartThings app. It appeared 3 months after I had bought it.
I already cleaned it several times with a brush and a vacuum cleaner. It looks pretty clean but still, the message doesn't disappear.
I tried to unplug the dryer from the socket, and turn it off and on several times, but the message is still there. What can I do?

Hi @OlegM, good afternoon.
You've tried a lot to resolve this, but because the result is still the same a service request will be the next step. At our website you can register the dryer: https://bit.ly/3J4HpwQ
Kind regards,

Hey @MartijnK , thanks for the answer.
The technician has just left my place. He said the fact this message was popping up every time I turned on the dryer was OK, so it's just a reminder to clean the exchanger after each use.
He made a test of the dryer and it showed that it worked well, so there was nothing to change.
For those who are searching for a solution for this request, I'm afraid that there's no way to get rid of this notification, I don't know why Samsung doesn't mention it somewhere in the documentation.
