Note 20 ultra student discount

For some reason when I apply my student discount when ordering the note 20 ultra it doesn't give me any option to spread the cost over time, but when I try order without the student discount it does give me this option. Am I doing something wrong?

I would suggest to check any relevant Terms-and-conditions for payment options and discount @Markw7213 

You may need to email the Samsung Online Shop Team for further clarification.
