Evollis have taken a closing payment but my order is both confirmed and cancelled.
This was 2 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I have tried to call and send an email. I would like a return. How can I go about this?

Thank you for your message. Usually it can take a little over 2 weeks and from most customer I hear that they received the payment on a Friday. When you don't receive your money today, contact me again. I will make a ticket for the internal department.
