Hey everyone,
Is it just me or the Seriennummer field when registering for the keyboard promotion is impossible to fill in? I cannot open a keyboard when I tap on it with the tablet. And since you have to register through the purchased device...
I sent a first request, but the answer was a general 'you have to register' kind of thing. No answer to my second request. And the chat is not accessible, it blocks at two customers still in the queue.
Did anyone encounter this issue? Does anyone know how to get a contact? I do not have the time for a hotline.

Hi @Eva61,
there was a technical issue with the registration, but it should be fixed by now. Have you tried to register again?
