When I got my phone from Carphone Warehouse/ Curry's it was supposed to be with £100 cash back. I've had my phone now since the 7th December. Was the money from Samsung or Curry's and where is it. Surely if they or you don't stick to the contract then why should I?

I'd suggest to track back to the Terms and Conditions you've seen in regards to the Cashback.

Check for any claim link.

Check for any eligibility dates for the promotion.

Please share any link to this offer that you have seen when purchasing your phone.

This way we should be able to see if it's a Samsung or Curry's promotional offer.
