Hi @mrmgoo some good advice here, certainly use anti virus software in these circumstances as well as the Knox security. Be careful with apps outside of the Google Play, though there can still be breeches. 2 factor authentication is certainly a good idea and consider a VPN particularly if you are using public wifi on a regular basis. A security article here also worth a look https://www.security.org/antivirus/hacked-phone/
I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I've done all these things and still have 2 hackers (ex's) in my phone remotely. One is an IT manager for his employment and is highly trained and experienced in this field! He's also my child's father and is making my life hell (we've been in custody court for over 6 years). He manipulates and changes things and records everything! Please help. I'm a single mother, and disabled as well, so extremely low income and cannot afford to pay for help (or an attorney) and most anti-stalkerware/spyware/malware protection can get expensive! I've factory reset phone multiple times, and still do weekly. I never reinstall apps, or install from untrusted sources. I've changed all passwords periodically n numerously, as well as bought new phones, sim cards, sd cards, changed email addresses and providers! Is there anyone who can help and get a step ahead of this ongoing nightmare PLEASE 🥺 this is affecting my whole life and every aspect of it!?! Thank You! ANY help is very much extremely appreciated! I have the A54.
