Hi,

Trying to use a LS32AG504PPXEN monitor on a PS5 with limited success. Do you have an overview of the exact settings one should make on both monitor and PS5 to make this work? In the search for possible errors, I also checked if I could find a Firmware upgrade. What is the latest version of Firmware for this monitor, and where can I find the latest version for download (couldn't find it in the normal location on the support pages)?

Hi @risco71!

Here you have the latest firmware for you monitor. We do not have an overview of exact settings. It should work as soon as you have connected an image cable to your ps5 and your monitor. Try updating the monitor and see if it gets better. Should it still not work, you are welcome to come back with a little more information about what is happening. Do you get, for example, no picture at all or does it flicker?
