We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your Galaxy phone. We recommend that you go to settings > Apps > arrow down with 3 lines > Show system apps > Go back to the app list and find the "phone" app > Storage > Clear data. You will most likely find several phone apps you do it on all the apps called phone. After this, restart the phone. Test if the problem remains after this.
