Hi all. Just making a quick post about something I've been seeing on the forums recently.

The language and borderline abuse towards members over opinions on the new UI 7 update is absolutely disgraceful. If you have a feature you dislike and are so passionate about, leave feedback via Samsung Members—support—feedback. But borderline abuse towards people responding to your aggressive complaints is inexcusable.In the least harse way- its a phone, its an update with a few changes. If you are privileged enouth for this to be such a huge issue- be thankful. Your actions can affect others. 

Nobody here, not member stars, not me, not other members- besides admins who give guidance and ensure the forums are run accordingly, works for Samsung. I'm unsure what the excuse is, but the abuse I've seen being thrown towards other members, me and Samsung Member Stars is gross. They volunteer to help others! Hurling abuse at such people, or anyone for that matter, is not okay.

You're allowed an opinion and freedom of expression! But you are part of a community, you should behave accordingly. There is absolutely no excuse for it, regardless of whether someone works for Samsung or not! Even if people were employed, speaking the way I've seen is outrageous, and I'm shocked some of these people are so unaware of reality and consequences.

I'm still exploring it, and so far, I don't like it at all. I know things change, Samsung has always been the best. All my phones have been Samsung. It doesn't just look bad now, it also looks like Iphone 😞

Thank you. I'll do these things and check your post. And about how long it's been, i literally installed it about 2 hours ago. About the search bar, I tried that, but it doesn't work.

For me it's water off a ducks' back. I find it quite funny how someone can either get so worked up or try to get me to bite with their goading.
Non of it works

But I do think the personal attacks on people are terrible. Even if it doesn't bother me.
I know it can upset others.

There's no need. We can all have a difference of opinion and be constructive about it.
There's no place or need for Abusive behaviour.

Best off ignoring it and just reporting it. The Moderators can then do what they do

Just be happy with the fact you do far more good helping others and giving others the chance to experience the great Samsung products as you do.

So funny saying it looks like iPhone. I keep looking at this iPhone 16 of mine and can't see the similarity. Must be different iPhone people have either that or...

Yeah I can't see the similarity on my work 16 Pro Max either.
Someone mentioned about the app search bar at the bottom is the same as the iPhone. My iPhone search bar is at the top. So that's definitely not the same

Half my friends, my sister and brother in law have iPhones. And we've compared them many times, jokingly trying to establish the dominance of the better one. And yeah, it looks a lot like an iPhone now.

Totally agree though.

This is a CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER forum, we are for the most part not Samsung staff nor do users get paid for being on here.
