Having just been victim to the unethical and shoddy practises of this company, operating on behalf of Samsung as Authorised Service Agents in the UK, I did a quick search and realise that I am not the only person.

My immaculate phone was sent to them because of a faulty battery. They reported to Samsung that it also requires a new screen and that the "damage" was caused by "misuse"!

I am going to prepare a portfolio of complaints to present to UK Trading Standards, because this cannot be allowed to continue.

Anyone else with experience of this company (Google and TrustPilot reviews indicate there are lots of you) please post here and I will start collating the evidence.

My personal experience with my Fold³ since owning the phone since Launch date has been on a whole a positive one.

The only issue I've had with the phone is the delamination of the internal factory fitted screen protector which can happen with any screen protector.

Indeed this has happened with quite a few owners phone's including one of my work colleagues.

I chose to peel it off and use the phone without a screen protector.

My choice but options to replace the protector are available via accessory companies such as Whitestone Dome etc, or via a Samsung Service Centre.

Tech can and will fail and there's always a chance of receiving a phone with issues out of the box even with the rigorous testing Samsung and other phone manufacturers perform.

This is known as a ' lemon '

This is also why Samsung provide a 14 day cooling off period [ my knowledge is Uk Based so please check your own regions Terms and Conditions  ] if the phone displays issues out of the box or a person has buyers remorse and does not want the phone.

After this period the option is a repair.

My personal preference is to visit a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre and not opt to send the phone away through a courier or postal system. I appreciate not everyone is near a Service Centre.

In some regions Samsung also provide a Doorstep Repair Service.

Reviews on any product or service can be a subjective topic as they can be based on the opinion / viewpoint from a person(s) who feel aggrieved and want to provide a negative impact. Again I appreciate people will and do recieve a poor support experience but what we don't see is balance provided from people who have received a good support experience as invariably people don't tend to sign up to forums or leave reviews to provide positive feedback.

I appreciate your comments. However please read my most recent post.. my main issue is not the phone. Samsung do not own the experience stores, therfore you are still only visiting another 3rd party

Except it’s any device you send to Tmtfirst they will 100% say it’s user abuse or damage I’ve had it with them with a s7 tab so it’s not just phones

Don't know if your collecting evidence of TMT's behavior, but I'll post anyway for everyone's benefit.  I sent my flip 4 back, under warranty, because the hinge broke. To be fair it was (almost) fixed, no questions asked.

However, the repair stated a new screen had been also installed. Maybe it had, but it came back with a puncture causing deep pixilation. I sent it straight back. Today I was told a repair would be 350.00 !!! This was their fault.

Absolute disgrace. Bunch of cowboys.

I am using Samung Fold 2, Battery got swollen ..obviously due to manafacturer's defect. Booked a samsung repair for battery replacement, after couple of weeks followup . They sent me a quote of 994 pounds for repair.  TMT is definitely a scammer.
