Hello!
I have bought a galaxy s24 via Telia. A galaxy A8 tablet with 4g would be included in the campaign. Telia did not give a tablet but refers to Samsung. I have joined all kinds of Samsung programs, set up an account, registered the mobile phone, etc. but I can't find any information anywhere that I will get the tablet sent. I had expected a link where I could easily fill in the order number from Telia and perhaps the mobile's serial number or similar.
What should I do?

I would suggest you to contact Telia in this case. Do you have a screen shot or link to the campaign?

Then I would suggest you to email Telia with the print screen. I have checked with our campaign specialists, sometimes the products should be claimed through our partner Aditro, but unfortunately in this case we have not had a S24 + A8 Tab campaign with Telia, so the product should be claimed through Telia. Hope it works out for you!
