This is interesting,Samsung have teamed up with Quite Brilliant to provide one of the largest permanent Sound Stages in the Uk where two of The Beatles' movies were filmed.
This will be one of the largest permanent LED sound stages in the UK, with a 24m x 4.5m back wall, a 105 sq metre LED ceiling and additional LED mobile totem walls. The complex which is due to be completed by the end of May will also feature a permanent turntable and motion control crane.
The LED wall incorpotates Samsung’s latest IVC 2.1 pixel pitch technology and ARRI colour calibration management system. It will be used to create virtual content that can be integrated with real-time visual effects technology. Samsung will also have base at the studio which has produced movies such as The Italian Job, A Hard Days Night,Bohemian Rhapsody and a Fish Called Wanda.
