Hi @AmMoNium Pongprom !

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this problem.

We would recommend that you try resetting the network settings on the phone, this also resets bluetooth. You can do this via Settings > General management > Reset network settings > Restart the phone > Connect the watch to the phone again and see if the problem stops after this.

Should problems persist, you are welcome to contact our customer support for further assistance:

Did this work?  My Venu2 has started doing this - I believe since the latest monthly S24 update.

Same issue, was fine a week or so ago. Now I have to run Garmin connect and reconnect my watch every time.

Fenix 6 Pro.

Something has changed, but what?? Who knows???

I solved the problem by granting the notification permission to the connect App. You can find this Here

Settings ->Apps -> connect

And there i granted the permission for notifications.

Good luck

P.s. i am using the enduro watch

This is still a problem. Resetting network settings just deleted all of my bluetooth and WiFi connections which was super annoying and didn't actually solve the problem.

Garmin forums suggest this is a Samsung update problem. Please can you pass this to the tech teams for investigation as I'm sure it's not just Garmin devices affected.

Could you fix the problem? I have a Samsung S24 and Fénix 6 Pro. I have the same problem.

I have the same issue with a S24. Problem escalated a couple of days ago and it is now disconnecting several times a day.
