I have just received the below email from seukcommunity@email.support.samsung.com and was wondering if this is genuine or a scam.

Please could someone advise me.

"Thank you for joining the Samsung Rewards program.

Great news! We’d like to confirm that you were randomly selected from all the entrants to win a pair of Galaxy Buds FE"

I can confirm that it's genuine: I sent the email at the request of my colleagues. (The email should mention @tagging me on here.)

I've had an email from SEUK community and wanted to check if it was a scam. The email says 'Great news! We’d like to confirm that you were randomly selected from all the entrants to win a pair of Galaxy Buds FE.'

Does anyone know if this is genuine? It doesn't ask for any bank details and states to check validity through the samsung members app.
